Every property below is a real hotel with a real booking page — and every status is honest. None of these are "Confirmed" yet, because Derek hasn't stepped inside them with a tape measure. That's the point: we'd rather show you a short list of real audits than a long list of guesses.
We rate what we've measured. We label what we haven't.
Most accessible-travel listings repeat whatever the hotel's marketing team wrote. We bring a tape measure, a wheelchair, and a camera. If a step, a threshold, or a bathroom door doesn't work the way it's described, our audit says so — badge and all.
Two statuses appear across the site: Confirmed means Derek checked it in person. Reported means the hotel told us, and we haven't verified it yet ourselves. We never blur the two.

No staged shots. We film the doorways that don't quite work alongside the ones that do — autoplay stays off, so you press play on purpose.
